Looking for a young professional or student to fill the extra bedroom in my 2BD/2BTH Apartment for $1250/month starting February 1, 2018. The current lease goes through April 30, 2018, but my intentions are to renew for an additional year. The room could be available for both a short-term sublease or 15-month lease.
