Will be sharing with a couple that has a child (10 year old), 1 dog and cat (won’t see the cat much). Looking for a trustworthy, responsible and quiet international, undergraduate or graduate student (no overnight guests or additional pets, sorry). This is ideal for a student who is looking for all of the amenities of a nice home as well as having your own space to study and relax. Room consists of a cozy single bed, desk, shelf for clothes, and Wifi. The home has three outdoor relaxing areas that include a large front porch, private deck off the small bedroom and a table and patio in the backyard. Interview required and possible background check (not credit). Non-smokers only.

Rent is 650.00 + 1 month deposit. Rent includes all utilities.
