I live at EdgeWater Apartment that’s located off State and Collister. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. It is near downtown Boise and the Greenbelt. The apartment community offers full lake access to LakeHarbor, comes with indoor basketball court, swimming pool/hot tub, BBQ’s, pool tables, 24/7 gym, dog grooming station and dog park. You won’t find a place for this type of amount that I am charging. Internet is included.

I am 38 years old and have two dogs. One is a female 2 year old Labrador retriever and the other is a 7 month old Golden Retriever. Her name is Summer and his name is Duke. I have lived at EdgeWater apartments for almost 4 years. I am single guy who is very laid back, outgoing and quiet. I also work remotely Monday Thru Friday 7am to 3pm. I don’t party and rarely have guests over but when I do we are just hanging out with our dogs and having dinner. I am looking for someone who is responsible and mature, not looking for a roommate who wants to use the apartment as a party ground. I prefer someone around my age or older, less drama and would have more in common but I am open to all ages. The room currently is furnished with a queen size bedroom set and love love seat, so is perfect for a BSU student or someone short term and can be long term “full year.” I just want to be clear, you MUST be dog friendly as I will not proceed with anyone who is not dog friendly. If you are afraid of getting dog hair on you, we won’t be a good match.
