La Jolla Boulevard

Hello! I am in need of filling my other bedroom in Windensea! It is a 3 minute walking distance to the beach. The unit is located on the cross streets of La Jolla Blvd and Palomar Ave. This is a 2 bed 2 bath condo. I am looking to fill the other bedroom from 1/1/22 - 3/31/22. I would prefer to have the tenant stay full 3 months but happy to negotiate. The room comes with a private full bathroom on the other side of the hallway (across from the room). The bedroom comes with an open closet.

The unit is furnished, besides the bedroom. I am happy to share my Costco queen sized air mattress, if need be. The unit also has a dishwasher and washing machine. The unit has a balcony that has a peak ocean view. The complex has two pools, two hot tubs, and one small workout room.

1700$ with utilities included (including internet)

I am a 32 y/o male Physician Assistant at UCSD. I do have a wonderful dog who is really friendly and loves people and other dogs. We are both very active and enjoy the outdoors. I have a wide group of friends and after work you can find me hiking/beaching/running/being social. I am a pretty laid back individual who definitely likes to keep the place clean.
