Hi! I have an unfurnished room available in a 3 bedroom, single family house on a quiet street right by Collins Cove in Salem. About a 5 minute walk to the commons and downtown and 10 minute walk to the commuter rail. There’s on street parking but during snow emergencies you can park tandem in the driveway. The house itself is about 1300 sq ft, and the available room is about 10x13 ft. I’ve got a cat and others cats are ok, as are pets you keep in your room like a hamster or something. I’ve got an ensuite bathroom so you’ll mainly be sharing the one downstairs with just one other person. All utilities included. The room will be available September 1st

I’m a 32 year old guy who’s been renting in Salem for the past few years, love living here and just bought a house a few months ago so now I’m renting out the spare rooms. I’m a pretty chill guy, conscientious and respectful looking for the same. I like to read, watch movies, sci fi, play board games, ping pong, pool, and I smoke weed. The other roomie is a 28 year old woman, super chill, pretty introverted and works night shifts.
