Anjie's room

I am renting out one of two rooms in a 2b 2b apartment. All utilities included: gas, electric, WiFi, water, etc. There is a loft upstairs that I use for work 10a-7p Tuesday-Saturday, but I just have a desk, so there’s space for storage, your own gaming area, etc in addition to your own room and own bathroom. There is a kitchen and living room that will be shared and they are fully furnished. I also have a balcony you are welcome to use as well, though I do enjoy sitting out there on occasion. You will have your own assigned spot which is very close to the apartment and there is guest parking also. Building is located right next to Old Town Manassas, so you will have very close walking access to the train station, VRE, shops, restaurants, bars, museums, etc. I may be open to dogs with discussion before hand.

I will be sharing the place with you. 25 year old female who works from home as an IT Security Specialist Tuesday-Saturday and bartends on Sundays. I have no pets. I do smoke weed, but will keep it confined to my personal bathroom in the master suite if you do not partake. I’m generally quiet, I also am very respectful of personal boundaries. I prefer someone who is the same, in the sense of a roommate. I’m very caring, generous, and understanding. I like to do outdoor activities like biking and hiking, so during the summer I will be busy when not working. Otherwise, I will mostly spend time in my room when home besides cooking or tending to my plants. I often am away to visit family.
