3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a full kitchen, living space, dining area, patio, and in unit laundry. Tidy space with access to pool, bbq, gym, community center, playground, dog park. This room is currently housing a couple, so the rent is split between 4 people, making it $675 per person. However, if a single person were to take our place, rent would be $1,350 to cover what we were paying, which means it would be cheaper for a couple to move in. You would have your own full bathroom with a shower, 2 sinks, and plenty of cabinet space. There is one assigned parking space, as well as a garage space that can be discussed with the roommates who are staying here. Utilities are not included, and will be split 3 ways for a single renter, and 4 ways for a couple (renters insurance, water, sewage, garbage, PG&E, internet). Down deposit is $1,000 to cover what we put down when we moved in, and you will get that amount back when the lease is up (February 28, 2022). You must income qualify (jointly with the other 2 roommates), as well as pass the apartment complex’s credit and background checks ($49 fee) to be signed onto the lease.

My fiancé and I are moving towns, and are looking for someone to fill our room! We have two roommates who will be staying here, Sky (19 M) and Taylor (18 F). They are both friendly and tidy.
