The apt is on the 2nd floor of a historical condo building. It has central air, laundry and modern kitchen. The large bedroom has its own bathroom, walking closet and 2 big windows. It can come fully furnished for a small additional fee to include a queen size bed, night stand and a dresser.

The condo building is located on New Street in the heard of Old City, easily accessible to N95, I76 and the subway (blue line). It’s on a quiet block. The building has 24 hr front desk staff, elevators, courtyard and roof deck. It’s in walking distance to Race Street Pier and Cherry Street Pier. There are a lot of great restaurants and coffee shops around the neighborhood including Tuna Bar, Race Street Cafe, Cafe Ole, etc.

Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Parking spot is available for additional fee. You are responsible to clean up after your pet and any damages that are caused by your pet.

I am the owner of the 2BR/2BTH condo in Old City. I am looking for someone to move in to take over the large bedroom. You will be sharing the place with a good friend of mine. He is currently staying in a smaller bedroom. He is in mid 30s, young working professional who is clean, neat. I am looking for someone who is LGBTQA+ friendly, who is clean and organized after themselves in a common living space and takes COVID seriously. The roommate is fully vaccinated.
