I am looking for a female to rent my furnished bedroom (shared bathroom). Furniture (include bed, 2 night stands with lamps and a chair). Bedpread, pillow cases & towels not included. House is located in a quiet/ neighborhood - Location is central to almost everything i.e, malls, supermarkets, buses, banks, restaurants, local hospitals and major highways which takes to almost everywhere from Ft Lauderdale to Palm Beach to Miami. 8 am looking for a professional who works full time during the day. No pet & and no children allowed. Adult only community - Parking for 1 car available. Rent is $900 monthly + $1500 security required. Renewable 6 months contract.

I am 70 year old female very clean, organized and respectful individual. I consider myself, friendly, peaceful & outgoing. I am looking for an adult tenant who always pays rent on time.
