The Master Bedroom is available along with 2 other bedrooms in this large, 4 bed, 2 baths, 1,422 sq ft house in Eugene, OR. We have a new washer/dryer, 2 available parking spaces in the carport, as well as a spacious backyard. Good street parking is also available where visitors can also park. We also have a completely empty attic space that is available as use for extra storage if needed. The house is a 2-minute walk to Washburne Park and an 8-minute walk to the UO campus. Utilities -water, sewage, garbage, gas & electric are approximately $60 per month. High-speed Wi-Fi and the 2 parking spaces are both included in rent!

The Location:

The house is located at 1457 E 24th Ave, in a respectable neighborhood that parallels UO campus by being .7 miles directly down Agate Street. Close enough to not worry about parking on campus or a big commute. Less than a 4-minute bike ride or 8-minute walk to the University Of Oregon.

So far only 1 room is occupied by a second-year student named Alex. Alex is on the UO lacrosse team and is a business major. He is really considerate, enjoys playing video games, and is always interested in starting up any business-related idea.
