Large room with view in a brand new large single family home. The community has so many amenities that its hard to even list them all. For starters there is a clubhouse with pool facilities. Then Tennis courts, basketball courts, walking trails, lots of green space and even fully stocked ponds for fishing. The home is also walking distance from major shopping centers and close to a major highway if you commute to DC or other areas.
Your roommate would be just me. I am a 35yo professional that is rarely home and just looking for someone who will be responsible and respect my home while I am home and away. I am extremely clean so the house will always be spotless and work in the tech industry so expect the home to always have the latest technology. In my free time I enjoy outdoor recreation and motorsports as well as music and video production.
