Private furnished bedroom in a new west Roseville neighborhood.Shared hall bathroom that will be mostly private. Backyard and garage gym on property. Two cats in the house, not sure how they would interact with dogs.

As the owner of the home, I am looking for someone who is clean and respectful of my space. I work night shift, so I would like a roommate that is not loud during the day, and reasonably quiet at night. I love to workout and do something active outdoors on my days off. Looking for a working professional or someone in grad school.
