Kevin's room

I live in one of the cheaper apartments in Round Rock and its a fairly small place with a living room, kitchen, and your own room/bathroom plus my own room/bathroom. I have a washer and dryer hooked up but you would have to be able to furnish your own room. The living room is currently empty and if you had anything you wanted to add to it you could. You could say I’m fairly minimalistic. Since I work from home I’ll cover electric/internet with wifi but if you work from home I would ask you split the cost. I don’t have any TV services as anything I watch I just stream over the internet. The place actually has a 12 month lease and can be renewed for either 12/6 months at a time. I had signed a 1 year lease back in April and my current roommate will be leaving mid July. I’m open to pets but you would have to cover the additional cost for them. The apartment is about a mile from I35 if you need to drive into Austin/Georgetown/Pflugerville for work. It’s near the Hesters Crossing exit and about 2 miles from downtown Round Rock.

I’m a 35 year old homebody for the most part but I’m trying to become more health conscious and get out on some hiking/nature trails. I’m a nerd who is a gamer and I stay up late binge watching shows or going to the gym. I work for the state and currently am working from home. I don’t have any kids or pets. I don’t drink, smoke, and rarely party. I’m looking for a roomie with their own vehicle and a steady job
