The best thing about living here: (besides me-ha)? You can’t beat the location. Every major freeway is accessible in under 5 minutes. To get downtown you won’t need a freeway. (.08) of a mile to Capitol St. This property consist if approximately 60 townhomes (small community). Gated on both sides. The neighbors are what make this place special. We are located directly behind Marquis Downtown Lofts.

ME: My current roommate describes me as laid back and easy going. I work allot. If I’m at home, I’m usually in the garage working on a project - painting / wood work / auto whatever I’m into that day. I don’t have house rules, we’re grown.
