This is a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment at The Palms Aliso Viejo/Laguna Niguel, CA.

The details: -$1500 a month plus utilities (Utilities are spilt, your half would be around $150ishy or less a month)

• parking pass included. -Your own bedroom / private bathroom -in-unit washer/dryer -kitchen access only and must clean every time after using it. (Please have your own dishes/pots/pans and wash them. Don’t leave them in the sink.)

-NO PETS. NO COUPLES. Must be CLEAN and respect our living space.

Apartment complex has a pool/jacuzzi and gym.

I’m a female pretty easy going… and I am looking for a quiet respectful, understanding mature roommate, male or female. I’m just very big on respecting my household and being CLEAN.

I work full time and I would prefer a roommate who does the same. I don’t cook late a night nor am I loud, so I would appreciate someone who is identical. My room is next to the kitchen so I would want my sleep to be respected.

Unfortunately please no guest. If you have a serious significant other we can have a separate discussion but I’m very sacred about my home and the energy that comes inside. I don’t have guest over besides my boyfriend and it’s only on the weekends. If I ever have friends over I will be respectful and let you know but that is very much once in a blue moon.
