About the room
I have a large room for rent in Lakewood. 10 minutes from I70 and I25. No pets as I have 2 service dogs and 2 cats. Bath, kitchen, and living room are shared, with the latter 2 furnished. All utilities are included, half of electric and internet required. I have a housekeeper 1 to 2 times a month. This is a queer friendly and smoke free unit. I am looking for any age or gender, but am not comfortable with straight men.
About the roomies
Single queer female with 2 service dogs and 2 cats. Chef, night auditor, and horseback riding trainer, I’ll be working 50 plus hours all summer. I am disabled, so there are certain non-negotiable with furniture arrangements.
