I10/Ray Ahwatukee house in great neighborhood. You would have 2 bedrooms and can use one for a living room/den if you’d like so you have more space to spread out. You also have private bathroom, garage space for storage, driveway parking and use of all other common areas. The furniture in the pictures are available or can be removed.

Must be clean, respectful and able to communicate if anything arises. It’s important to me that you feel comfortable and peaceful.

I work from home in underwriting, like to have fun, very creative, easy going, like to play in the garden, and enjoy Marvel & DC Comics. I also have a Bichon Frise who is as sweet as can be and loves everyone.

Rate is for single occupancy, please reach out to me if you are a couple or have a child and we can work something out. Shared SRP utilities is approximately $75 to $150, all other utilities are included.
