I have a 1,000 sq ft 2 bed 2 bath recently remodeled apartment on hold to move in July. You will get the second private room as well as a private bathroom. Rooms are on opposite sides of the apartment. Apartment includes patio/balcony and in-unit washer and dryer. Current roommate backed out on me so you will need to fill out a joint application with the complex.
