Samir's room

The room available is technically the largest room, but it is not the master so it has a shared bathroom with the door directly connected to the room. It has 2 closets side by side so there is a good amount of storage space. There is also a personal/ private balcony connected.

All of the apartment is already furnished except for the room that you will be renting. There is a L couch, 65 inch tv, and fireplace in the living room. There are stools for the kitchen counter and appliances like a toaster, blender, and air fryer along with plates, bowls, cups, and silverware. There are some decorations, but of course feel free to bring your own things and make the space your own.

There is a washer and dryer in unit as well. Unfortunately, there is only one designated parking spot for the entire apartment. But there is plenty of street parking and you are also allowed to park in visitor and resident parking when available.

The apartment is located in the Fairfax/ Fair Lakes area with lots of shops and restaurants being only 5 minutes away. The main amenities are: a trail (for walking and biking), playground + dog park, basketball court, gym/ fitness center, and pool.

*The lease ends in May 2022. So there is about a year left of living in the apartment.

There is a total of 3 roommates: 2 females and 1 male.

Roommate 1 + 2: They are a couple that resides in the master bedroom. They both went to/ currently go to GMU. They enjoy watching movies, working out, and are very friendly. They have a dog named Cooper. He is a hound mix and is a sweetheart.

Roommate 3: She resides in the 3rd bedroom (smaller one) and will be the one you share a bathroom with. She is a GMU graduate. She is neat, goofy, and very charismatic. She tends to go out and occasionally has friends over but will let you know ahead of time. There is rarely conflict using the shared bathroom from my experience being there so that shouldn’t be an issue.

All the roommates get along very well together and are respectful and neat with the common spaces. Also, everyone in the apartment is fully vaccinated for COVID.
