My best friend Em and I are looking for a third roommate to move into a 4 bedroom apartment near campus in July of 2022!
Benefits:
• 10 Minutes from Campus • A large bedroom with 2 walk in closets and personal bathroom • Room for your desk in the extra room (our study!) • Super cat friendly. We already have 3 docile babies and there’s 1 more guaranteed spot for another! • In unit laundry
General Financials:
• A slightly larger deposit so that credit check is not necessary. About $1200 altogether for each of us, all deposits included • Rent is $542 per person per month • We split all bills and communal furniture costs evenly, so it’s easier to have nice things 🥳💸
