Hi! I’m looking for someone to move into my house in Jacksonville. It’s near the Ed Austen park. It’s a 3 bed/2.5 bath. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs. I do not use the upstairs at all. I’m renting out the upstairs, which is pretty secluded and kind of its own apartment area. The house is furnished (except the upstairs bedrooms). The rent is $900 piety utilities. I already have utilities/WiFi set up and whatnot. I have a really cute Border Collie who never goes upstairs. It’s really nice and it’s 15 minutes to the beach area/kind of in the middle of everything. I’m a Naval Officer (25) stationed in Mayport.

Please, see above! I’m the only person living in the house. I have one dog who doesn’t go upstairs. The upstairs is secluded and has its own common area.
