Senior park, with swimming pool and Jacuzzi and club house. Must be at least 55 to live here. Your room Is 10ft. by 12 ft.The room comes with a dresser and a bed frame if you want or need. Bathroom is private and has a shower. The rest of house is equally shared. All utilities and internet are included.Washer and dryer included. Security system. I have a cat and a dog.my dog Is part terrier part Chihuahua and does not adapt well to other pets, its kind of hit and miss if she gets along with any pet, so I am hesitant to ok another pet, possibly negotiable.

I am a professional working senior. I am fairly flexible, I prefer however, during the work week to have it quite after 10 pm .I do have family and friends that come by and visit, and it is fine for you to have your family and friends visit as well.
