A double or single room is available (apartment in Santa Barbara). I am looking for respectful, kind female roommate who is responsible about rent and bills to take over my lease in a nice neighborhood in Santa Barbara. Apartment will be available June 18th. You will have your own parking spot and will split everything in 1/3 each for common supplies, toilet paper, Internet…etc.
The apartment is located at 66 Ocean View Ave, Santa Barbara, CA 93103 – 2918 and close to lot of restaurants, 8 mins drive to SBCC, 8 mins drive to Santa Barbara Downtown, 20 mins drive to UCSS, and 5 mins drive to the beach. 3 mins to Freeway.
The application fee will be $30.00. Deposit with $625.00

About the roomies
You will live with two girls in early 20’s, who are SBCC students and busy with their works and school life. Will be sharing a bathroom with them.
