About the room
The room available is the largest room out of 4. It’s the master bedroom. It has a large closet, can hold a king size bed, a dresser and a night stand. Each room varies in size and we split the rent according to size, though we split up the security deposit evenly.
The condo is in the heart of Fairfax, everything is 15 minutes or less away from each other. Close by the Vienna metro station as well.
6 month lease, but can negotiate something with landlady once lease is up.
About the roomies
We’re three girls in our 20s looking for a responsible, clean roommate to move in the beginning of February.
Internet cost $15 per month Electricity cost $25 per month
Your name will be on the lease and we will put you in contact with our landlady who is super nice and accommodating.
