One bedroom will be available October 1st (flexible move in date) in a three bedroom townhouse, with 2.5 bathrooms.

FEMALE ONLY as the other two roommates are female as well.

NO PETS, unfortunately the landlord won’t allow them.

The bedroom for rent is 12x10 with carpeted floors, a ceiling fan, and sufficient closet space. Shared full bathroom with one other female roommate, and a shared half bathroom on the second floor. Looking for a someone to take over a part of the lease that ends December 31st, with the option for renewal afterwards.

Rent is $700 per month plus 1/3 of utilities (internet, electricity, and gas) which range between $45-75 per person each month.

Second floor includes an open kitchen, dining room, and living room with a fireplace which is all free to use. There is also a nice balcony area that you can freely enjoy as well.

The townhouse has an attached garage that fits two parking spaces. There is also ample guest parking all around the community. Laundry is on the second floor. You will also have access to a pool, exercise room, and tennis court. The development is called “Carriage Park” in Fairfax.

Application fee is $50 paid to the management company for a credit and background check. Security deposit is $700 due at lease signing.
