Summit Street

It’s a comfy room on the first floor. It’s also the only bedroom on the first floor so you have a lot of privacy. There are a lot of cabinets in there for a lot of storage space and includes a closet as well. It is right next to the downstairs bathroom which includes a shower. The room opens right out to the kitchen so if you’re ever hungry or need a drink of water late at night you can just walk right out. There’s also a living room with a TV and a ping pong table. Dryer and washer is in the basement. Iuka Park is right behind it, a nice little park to relax and unwind. It’s also close to High Street and OSU campus area, so there’s lots of things to do. Grocery stores are nearby too.

I have already moved out since I am from out of state and am looking for someone to take over my room from June to July. There is going to be one other person living there over the summer as well and they’re super chill. Other roommates will occasionally pop in over the summer as they still are paying their portion of the rent for the place. We are all chill, 420 friendly, and LGBT+ friendly.
