Serene residential neighborhood next to the Bayou. Accessible to the Metro, various freeways, and adjacent to Rice Village, Rice University, and the Med Center. Walking distance to groceries and shopping. Fully furnished room with attached bathroom and walk in closet. The bedroom and bathroom have recently been updated with new flooring, fixtures, and furnishings. The bedroom is upstairs, and across from my bedroom. I am available when needed, but will give you your space. You have access to all common areas such as the kitchen, living room, dining room, patio, washer/dryer, and community swimming pool. All bills are included so you don’t have to worry about them!
