Braddock Drive

Looking for a someone to replace my roommate who is sadly moving to New Jersey. The apartment is a spacious 2 bed 1 bath in Del Rey. Really good price for the westside, super close to marina del rey, mar vista, culver city, and playa. Convenient to get to Venice, Santa Monica, South bay, etc. There’s a bike path about 2 blocks away that is just a 2 mile trek to the beach. The complex has nice amenities…pools, saunas, gym, laundry, and more. Management is easy to work with and prompt with requests.

We are month to month. I’m looking for someone to commit from January through June. There is some flexibility with move-in date (mid December move in would likely work as well as beginning of January). You could also look to stay longer than June if you’d like!

The common areas are fully furnished. If you needed some bedroom furniture, my roommate is wiling to sell his stuff (new bed, desk, dressers). He’s a clean freak so it’s all in good condition. I’m sure you can haggle with him.

I have one 4-year-old adult puppy. Her name is Sierra and she’s the sweetest. Very well house trained, energetic, and quirky. She might try and snatch your food if you leave it unattended. But seriously, everyone who meets her loves her…she’s truly one of a kind.

By the way, I’m 28, female, drama free. Work Mon-Fri 9-6ish, some weekends. The boyfriend comes over at times, and at other times you’ll have the place to yourself while I’m staying at his place! Lover of wine, food, fitness, and the beach.

The rent is about $1230 each. We rent a fridge monthly because the place did not come with…if you have one that is awesome!

Rent, internet and other bills come to roughly $1300/month.

2 tandem covered parking spots. Plenty of street parking as well.
