Austin's room

Currently have someone here, can show pictures of interested but the area will look a little messy. House in Cottage Grove a few blocks away from Highway61. Everything included with rent, only responsibilities would be load your dishes in the washer and maybe help shovel snow once in a while in the winter. You would have the finished basement with 2 bedrooms and a living room to yourself, 3/4 bathroom down there and share the kitchen upstairs. Heated 4 car garage parking and as an added perk I am a professional mechanic with a lift in the garage to work on your car if needed. Arrangement would be month to month

I am in my mid twenties, full time job 10am-7pm, live alone and usually go out on the weekends. I’m a pretty heavy sleeper so if you have people over I won’t be bothered with that. I have 2 cats that are super friendly and get along with other cats, they are good with dogs too that are small like under 30lbs. I’m a professional mechanic with a lift in my garage so if you needed work done it would be super cheap or if it was light work I’d do it for food or beer
