I need someone to take my place on the lease and pay the rent and utilities for any time after September 1st, 2021 (rent paid for September now). No deposit. Current lease done in January 31st and is up for renewal then too. You would be sharing the apartment with a roommate who has lived there for 10 years. Requirements: Background check, full time job or proof of employment, good credit score, $18+/hr full time (just heard from the manager) Your half would be $780 to $800 / Month for rent and utilities. You’d be moving into Sedona at Bridgecreek Apartments off Burton and Andresen. It’s a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. You get the master bedroom with a bathroom and a shower. Closet has a lot of space with a rack for storage (ignore the clutter in the pics lol). (Whoever moves in can keep the curtain rod and black-out curtains that are already set up as well). There’s heating in the apartment for the colder months but box air conditioners that need to be put in the windows for the warmer months. (I currently have the air conditioner already set up in the window and it is securely placed for when someone moves in). Apartment already has a dining table, comfy chair (not the dark green recliner in the pics), some bookcases, small coffee table, and a futon. The area the apartments are in is very safe, no police showing up, drugs, people having fights, etc. and not too many people outside all the time being noisy. Apartment is also on the bottom floor which is very nice for moving heavy stuff in/out. There’s also a common area inside where the office is (and it is now open after the Covid rules were lifted). There’s also a workout room and a pool and hot tub. The apartment has washer/dryer inside and a dishwasher, non-gas stove, and a fridge. There’s also a back porch to hangout and there’s a small area for storage. You may be able to get the pet deposit waived just communicate with the apartment manager. Your free parking spot is right in front of the apartment. Winco is down the street off Andresen. The apartments are 5 minutes away from Walmart and stores/restaurants off Mill Plain. The Vancouver Mall, Barnes and Noble, Target, etc. is also right down the street. Please do your best when trying to get approved thank you! Been trying to find someone since July.

Your roommate has a sweet, shy cat named Luna so please have your pet socialized for that. Roommate likes to have his space and usually hangs out in his room but is sometimes willing to hang out in the living room to watch shows or hang out if you wanted. He likes listening to music, watching anime and Youtube videos, streaming shows on Netflix, etc. and having fun conversations.
