Marissa's room

My fiancé and I looking are for a roommate to move into our 4 bedroom house (2516sqft). The house is about 10 min from DT, located in Woodbine area. We have about an acre lot with woods all around us. The room for rent is located in the basement (split house). The room is small (9x14), but you will have your own bathroom. The room opens up to a massive area with a very comfortable section couch and 65“ TV. The shared laundry room is also located in the basement. We rarely go down there during the week since we hangout in upstairs living room/space. On weekends we often go out or have friends over for bonfires, to grill out, play card games, etc. During the winter we may have a 1-2 small indoor parties with close friends and cousins that usually involves drinking games and music in the basement space. The basement stairs lead right up to the kitchen (shared space). We have 3 very sociable and loving dogs that mean the world to us so we are looking for someone who is pet friendly. We also have a cat who is mostly outdoors. Since we have 3 animals of our own we prefer someone who doesn’t have any animals, but will consider it if you provide detailed info on your pet and they do well in a meet up. The dogs are gated upstairs 90% of the time. We are a lesbian couple, so we are looking for someone who is LGBT friendly. We have security cameras and keypad lock. You’d have your own entrance to the basement if you prefer to enter that way.

I work 8-5 Monday through Friday, and my partner works same hours but works from home partly. I have a garden and a lot of tools for projects.
