Located in a nice quiet neighborhood behind Miyako’s, the room is furnished but items can easily be removed if preferred. Your private bathroom is right next to the bedroom and has a tub and shower. Available from July to November, which is when my lease ends. Rent includes all bills, including internet. I have a brand new washer and dryer that is available for use also.

I work from my home office and am pretty quiet and keep to myself. I am a mid thirties female who is looking for a responsible and chill person to rent to. I have a dog that loves people, she is old and sleeps all day in my office.
