This will be a short rental.The room is 10ftx10ft and comes furnished or unfurnished. If You want it furnished it is another 100$ a month. ( twin trundle bed and 50 inch roku smart tv) The main bathroom is shared, but we have our own half bath in the master. Hopefully you are: Of course courteous. Please be respectful of everything and clean as you go and pick up after yourself. Please no parties. An occasional friend would be ok , if they are respectful as well and finished at a reasonable hour. Overnight guest would be very occasional as well. Just give a heads up and ask first and Just overall be respectful. If there are any problems that happen, I am big on respectful communication, no passive aggressive energy. We are looking for someone in and over their 30s. Works full time or someone who is not home 24/7. We are asking 800 and that including pg&e and wifi. With an 800$ deposit.
