Shared room for rent starting December or January until August with optional renewal . The room is right next to campus in Zuma apartments and the girls living here are all in their early 20s and students at SDSU. Complex has a community/study room, computer/printer room, and courtyard with BBQ. The rent is $856 a month plus utilities which is normally about $10 a month. This includes full kitchen, washer and dryer in the apartment, fully furnished, television, internet, and access to study and printing room. It is a 3-5 min walk to campus, and for parking you can pay $80 a month to use the apartments, however what I do is cheaper, which is to buy a daily/overnight parking pass for the school because their parking garage is right across the street.  The room is available December 21st. The lease would go until August so you would be living here from December to August. 420 friendly.
