About the room
Room in a 2 bdroom apartment two minutes away from the Rockwell Brown Line stop. A real deal for the amount of space you get. Hardwood floors, very specious living room, dining room and kitchen and a closed balcony. Porch facing open space (the train stop). Laundry in building. Storage in basement. Coffee shop at the corner, walking distance to lively Lincoln Ave., grocery store at the end of the block. Heat+water included in the rent. Other utilities around $40 per person. Free street-parking. The landlord is a very kind, responsive gentleman who lives downstairs.
The room is available December 15. The common spaces are furnished. Security deposit a month’s rent. The landlord will do a background and credit check. You have to have stable income that you can document. I ask $100 for deposit, as all utilities are on my name.
