Dylan's room

The house is located in a quiet and established neighborhood. The bedroom is one of a four bedroom house and is located upstairs. There is a bathroom that is located in the hallway outside of the room. The house has a shared kitchen, laundry, living, dinning room. There is plenty of space. The home also has a nice private back yard. The rent is $750 plus utilities which i.e. PG&E, water & garbage, and internet. These bills are spilt evenly between the roommates and usually are under $175 a month. No pets are allowed and this room can only accommodate a single renter.

I am 22 years old, extremely respectful and clean. I work most of the time and like to be outdoors when I’m off so the house stays pretty quiet. I do not smoke, the home is a smoke free environment, no exceptions. All roommates are required to keep there belongings put away and the shared spaces clean. I am looking for a dependable person in need of a nice room to rent.
