Very private room with french doors opening to our patio, which is has views of common space trees and a huge, beautiful partially shaded lawn with benches and play structure. The room is 200sqft without no closet or cupboard. You will have access to one parking spot in the garage. It is in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to the Cotati Smart train station the Oliver’s shopping center. Less than 2 miles to SSU.

One spot in attached garage for standard size vehicle, at same level as room. Shared bathroom with shower and tub upstairs. Large capacity laundry washer and dryer available.

I request that the place stays scent-free. This means no body sprays, scented lotions, or perfumes/colognes. I am very sensitive so this is a deal-breaker for me. Essential oils are ok. Thanks!

No furry pets (reptiles or amphibians ok). I have a one cat.

I work as an elementary school teacher in Petaluma (that’s the background check) and I have one cat. The cat does not get along with other pets, so we’re not looking for more pets. I keep clean regularly and observe quiet hours at night. Our other housemate is a working professional.
