Hello, I’m 24 and work full time. I have lived at this apartment for over a year, and am just looking to rent out the second bedroom to someone else with similar interests so I can start saving a bit more money. The location is nice, and near anything you need. Has a gym, basketball court, tennis court, and swimming pool. I’ll include internet, but would like to split electric and water/sewage. The place is furnished, you would just need to supply your bed.

I’m 24, and a very active person. I work full time, so I’m usually there. But when I’m not, I’m at the gym, playing video games, watching sports or out doing something active. I rarely have people over, and I do have a kitten. Any questions, just ask!
