About the room
This is an unfurnished room in Belmont on Holly Ave. Off of wayne. 750 moves you in, maintenance will be living in the room down the hall. Drug, bug and alcohol free. Smoking will be allowed outside. $500 a month. Overnight visitors are ok on weekends so long as they’re quiet. Shared kitchen and bathroom. All utilities included. Spectrum will be coming out soon to set up wifi. We are making some improvements on the house but nothing that should interfere with the use of the facilities.
About the roomies
The only other tenant is a 33yr old male who also acts as maintenance and has 2 kids who stay with him on weekends.
