My roommate and I are currently looking to fill the master bedroom in our 1,400 sq. ft. apartment in the Outer Sunset! To tell you a little about ourselves, we met on our college baseball team here in the City. We are 27 and 26 years old, and we moved into this apartment in the Summer of 2014, along with two of our friends from the Academy of Art, where we attended school. Since then, the two that shared the master bedroom have moved out. We are very chill and respectful individuals. We both work during the week; I am a bartender here in the city and my roommate is a sound engineer. Some of the things we enjoy are sports, art, movies, music, and cooking. Our apartment is very homey, and we enjoy hanging out in our living room and common areas. We are looking for someone like-minded, to fill the master bedroom in our fully furnished house. We are specifically looking for someone who is respectful, accountable, clean and may share similar interests. The room is very spacious (10x12 ft. / 120 Sq. ft.) with its own bathroom unit. We also have an attached garage and share two spaces. We are located in the Outer Sunset, just two blocks from Ocean Beach, and one block from Golden Gate Park.The N Judah metro that goes downtown, picks up just one block from our apartment. This a very pleasant and hip little beach town, and we have really enjoyed living here over the years! There is a Safeway located about 5 minutes away on the other side of the park as well. We are hoping to fill this room by the beginning of December. If you are interested, please inquire with a short description about yourself and we can get the ball rolling!
