This apartment is located near Cherry Creek Mall, Target, Whole Foods, Starbucks, & Chik-fil-A. We have a first floor corner apartment so we get natural lighting all day. It’s a very spacious living room that has a fire place under the TV. The dinning area is near the back patio (direct access outside), the kitchen, along with the bathrooms each have granite countertops, wood flooring and carpet in the bedrooms. Walk in closet, and plenty to move around in this room. The apartment has a pool, spa, grills, pool table, workout room, computer room, dog bathing area, & dog park. I’ve been very impressed with this apartment complex and i’m sure you will be, too!

So my roommate is moving out on June 30th and i’m looking for someone to move in starting in July. I have a goldendoodle, Cash, he’s 2.5 yes old and is an emotional support animal. He’s very kind, sweet and loves to be petted! I’m a consultant for a restoration company so i’m my schedule is pretty flexible. I’m normally on the road for work. I just moved here from Arkansas (in march) and it’s been a fun adventure the whole time! I love music, food, traveling, road trips, concerts and festivals. I’m a pretty easy guy to get along with 👌🏽
