$25 charge to view property! (Each room has own floor!) 11x12 Furnished Room with an attached private bathroom and walk in closet. Utilities/internet are NOT included, it is on a month to month basis (flat rate for utilities is available). The common area is open for cooking and hanging out. Iām 5 minutes away from you UTA and 6 flags. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 private bathrooms. One on each floor so you would have the 2nd floor bedroom and bath. Must be comfortable with a cat.
The other tenants are to themselves. We barely see each other. Work a lot and go to the gym a lot. Very quiet & clean home.
