Available to Lease: Large private, downstairs master bedroom with private bath. The room has a large closet, ceiling fan, custom built-in wooden desk, custom built in wooden shelving, and 3 large windows that provide lots of natural light. $2,000/month plus 1 month security deposit. The room is rented unfurnished.

1 year lease required with refundable deposit (if left in clean and good condition). Single occupancy only. Utilities are not included - split evenly amongst residents (typically $150 per month, per person).

The house is nicely furnished throughout, has modern amenities, including dishwasher, garage storage space, washer and dryer, and a very nice backyard with a grill. Maid service twice a month.

You will be sharing the house with 3 other local professionals. No drugs, no smoking at all including no vaping, no pets. Must be clean and considerate.

I am a 35 year old local working personal. I live upstairs on the other side of the house with my girlfriend and our border collie. There is 1 other tenant that also lives up stairs. Your room and bathroom would be private and separate, located downstairs. Our dog is very sweet and friendly and hangs out with us in our room or office, so you wouldn’t see much of her, unless you want to!
