Unfurnished bedroom and a partially furnished office/TV room in a manufactured home. Private bathroom. We would share the kitchen and the main living room. My house is set on a wooded half acre lot at the end of a road in a quiet neighborhood in Candler. I have a front and back porch, perfect for just chilling and listening to the birds. I am looking for someone 30 to 50 years old. Possible discount on rent if you are handy with house and yard projects.

I am in my 40s. I love to mountain bike, do puzzles, knit, take my dog for walks, and read. I’m pretty quiet and keep to myself. I have an older poodle who loves to cuddle.
