Jessica's room

Hi everyone! I have one room available in a 3 bedroom, two bathroom condo in Carlsbad. The lease starts on August 1st and is for 6 months with the possibility to extend it. The room is $800. This does not include utilities. This condo is 5 minutes from the 5 and the 78, 10 minutes from Carlsbad Village and the beach. We have in-unit laundry! This condo overlooks large trees and a small nature preserve :) I’m looking for young professional, female roommates in their mid 20s to mid 30s who are friendly, clean and respectful. 🙂 No smoking and unfortunately, no dogs. allowed.

I am an elementary teacher in my late twenties. I enjoy hiking, beach days, and staying active! :) I would love to find roommates who have some similar interests!
