• Pool/jacuzzi and amenities are also accessible in the townhouse community. -Centrally located between the ocean and Palomar/CSUSM. Bus stop nearby and walkable to groceries/amenities. Parking at an additional $30 per month.

Steve: Mature full-time student pursuing a post-graduate degree. Hobbies include photography and digital media, hiking.

Cassandra: 25-year-old Media Studies student at CSUSM. When not studying, I enjoy gaming, playing with my cat Jasper, and exploring the San Elijo hiking trails.
