About the room
Our Smart Crab & Psychadelic Pup rooms (a reference to the art on the wall) are located on the first floor of our home. Each room is massive with plenty of space for you to bring in a couch, chair, or other furniture to suit your comfort.
All bedroom doors have secure code entry door locks as do the front and rear entry doors.
As is the room comes with a Queen sized bed, nightstand, and a lamp. Two large windows face the front of the home letting in a ton of light. You can bring your own TV, min-fridge, desk, and chair (as well as anything else you like) or let us know you’d like to upgrade to a premium status and we can provide these for your use.
The home has two full shared baths, one on the first floor and the other on the second, (a third is in the primary suite) and a beautiful large kitchen with an eat at island.

About the roomies
Our home has a total of 8 bedrooms. 3 very large bedrooms on the first floor sharing a bath, 4 bedrooms on the second sharing a bath, and then the master so you’ll have up to 7 room-mates as the home fills. We have entrepreneurs, students, and just hard working folk living here.
