Hi, I’m Jacob and am the owner of the condo. This is my first home purchase. I’m a 2018 ASU grad and a full time Area Manager for Amazon. When not working, I like to relax, watch movies or sports and go fishing. I may have friends over from time to time for drinks/BBQs. I have no pets currently but may get a cat in next few months. Looking for roommate that can provide proof of income in form of paystubs. Students and professionals are welcome and condo is just 6 miles east of ASU campus, convenient to freeways and light rail and in a very nice area of Mesa. Move-in is available immediately and looking for roommate for at least 6 months. However, move-in/move-out dates are flexible and we can extend lease for another 6 or 12 months beyond original agreement if both parties agree. Contact me if interested!
