Myself and a female roommate are at a 3bed 3bath condo a couple blocks north from Vancouver Mall. Every room has its own private bathroom; the floorplan is such that each room has good privacy. The bedroom is furnished with a new bed and desk. All the bedrooms are spread out such that the roommates won’t be disrupted by other’s noise. The rent includes utilities and internet, and has dparking. Washer and driveway parking. Washer and dryer are in-home. Has a outside deck for BBQ. No smokers allowed, sorry. Furnitures in the pictures may change slightly as I may swap out the sofas, armoir, etc.
