We’ve got the master bedroom suite opening in our 3 bed, 2.5 bath apartment on December 17th. It’s 100 yards walking distance to the beach, 2 min to downtown Del Mar, and 5 mins to Torrey Pines! Easy access to 5 freeway; Can’t beat the location!

Amenities include: Washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, gym, sauna, and reserved parking. Room has plenty of closet/storage space and private attached bathroom/shower Rent is $1020 plus utilities.

Looking for someone who is a young professional, financially stable, clean, respectful, responsible, and doesn’t bring the party home. On the weekends we enjoy golfing, watching sports, skiing/snowboarding, surfing, working out, going out with friends, and enjoying all the food and beverage SD has to offer. We’re looking for someone who has similar interests, is in their 20’s, and being a sports fan is a major plus.

About the roommates: mid 20’s male who works in the sports industry and early 20’s male who works in digital marketing. We both work regular hours Monday thru Friday.
